Eligibility
ACsports.com's Tournaments are open to all paid members and Tournament Players (Cyber Athletes). Refer to local laws and regulations regarding tournament participation. Void where prohibited. To become an ACsports Cyber Athlete Member or Tournament Player, register online at: Join Now! All tournament memberships must be paid using a valid credit card, and are based on a minimum of one month of membership. Membership fees must be received at least 24 hours before beginning to play in the Tournament for which you are registering. This will be confirmed by email. When registering, all entrants are required to provide first and last name, an ACsports Username, email address, mailing address, telephone number, Passoword, and the payee's Social Security Number (for tax purposes). The payee (person to be paid Tournament winnings) can be someone other than the player but payee must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

Tournaments—Prizes and Awards ACsports.com's At the end of the Tournament we we will take the top 10 Cyber Golfers from the ACsports Golf Tournament Leader Board, and pay them each $100 - just for playing in the Tournament. This is in addition to regular season earnings.

Winner Selection
ACsports.com's A paid Golf Tournament Player can enter their golf score as many times as they wish during this period. ACsports.com's Golf Community Portal software automatically tracks all players' scores, updates their positions and displays them on the Golf Community Leader Board with their best scores and their current tournament standings. Any discrepancy regarding a score submitted by the player, and the actual score posted on the Golf Community Leader Board will be reviewed for accuracy by ACsports. After review, ACsports reserves the right to make the final decision. In the event of a tie score after the completion of the Tournament, the first score submitted, based on its date and time stamp, wins the prize.

Winner Notification and Prize Claims

ACsports.com will post the unofficial winners on the Golf Community Leader Board. Official winners will be notified within 30 weeks after the close of the tournament via electronic mail (Winner Notification email) using the winner's email address submitted at registration. Winners will not be entitled to receive prizes unless they confirm their winning. In the event Winner Notification email is returned as undeliverable, winner will be notified by regular mail. If a winner does not contact ACsports within two weeks of notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. Forfeited or unclaimed prizes will be go into the next regular season prize pool.

Cash Prize Awards
ACsports.com will issue all Cash Prize Awards to the Pre-Season Golf Tournament winners within 60 days following the end of the Tournament. Every winner will receive their cash award in the form of an ACsports cashiers check.

General
ACsports.com will make available all Golf Tournament information at our: Tournament Information Page. All questions concerning this tournament can be emailed to: info@acsports.com ACsports is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer hardware, software, network, online, human, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. ACsports and their agents reserve the right to terminate the tournaments or leagues if either becomes technically corrupted as determined by ACsports at their reasonable discretion. In the event of a dispute, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to provide sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized holder or user of the email address associated with the winning score.

Publicity Rights
ACsports has the right to use and publish a winners proper name and state of residence online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest, except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for ACsports and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this Tournament, participants release and hold harmless ACsports, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) relating to this ACsports Pre-Season Golf Tournament or any other tournament and sports leagues. ACsports Tournaments and leagues are contests of pure skill. There is no randomness involved in any aspect of the tournaments or leagues.
